♥ The "Wang"s Roar
My mind is messy, unsure, too many things running through. Maybe afterall i'm timid. I don't dare to step out of the room when my bro and sis-in-law is quarrelling. Cos it's the first time i heard my bro speak out and scold her. For a reason i totally agree with: kids calling grandpa old man rather than properly addressing him. FIRST TIME OUT LOUD. It's scary when the "Wang" family's guys actually get angry and started swearing and scolding ppl. I only heard the voices, nvr dared to get out to see their expression. I'm afraid i might lose control like the other time. Dad's totally disappointed and have thoughts of going to China to settle down. Have i mentioned before he met a divorced chinese national woman in her 40s with a son. Great, today's incident is so making him go overseas to settle down. Roar!!! He'll see me secure my job and establish a steady cashflow before going overseas. Haiz... maybe at the end of the year, he'd changed his mind.

♥ It's the thought that counts.
13 Jan, our anniversary. I'm glad you remembered. The best gift is your love. So this little piece of sincerity is good enough and dearly cherished upon. Thank you baby. =)
Today we celebrate our anniversary, but you're the one to pay the bill.
I've yet to get a gift for you, but i assure you that i will.
I'm as poor as a pauper but for your wishes, i would kill.
Sometimes i wonder what made you fall for a guy like me.
Someone who never takes coffee, only tea.
Someone so nonsensical and silly.
I hope that this poem will not bring you to tears.
But i sincerely hope it would lengthen my life by years.
Please don't kill me, instead i'll let you pull my ears.
You have been my pillar of strength through all this time.
You can give me the courage to dive into slime.
You do so much for me, yet you never asked for a dime.
Usually, i'd sit in front the TV and computer all day.
Other times i'd run around and play.
I am sad to say that i've never kept your fears at bay.
This year, i want to make it better.
I don't know how, perhaps i could grow a little fatter?
But i know we must work together.
I'm willing to be your eyes when you're blind.
Open up your heart and you will find.
Together, we can really shine.
I know this will pardon me from my "present-less" impropriety.
I hope you'll accept my little piece of sincerity.

♥ Celebrating the new year
New Years Eve, went to Vivocity, not for countdown but for Marche. So it turn out to be a double date. And indeed it was so much easier to find seats for 4 people. Heard that my friend had to wait for over an hour in the queue for a table for 8. After main course, it's Ben & Jerry!!!

♥ The Pasta Shop
Went to Pasta Shop situated just outside Tiong Bahru MRT with Lysia(old friends catch up session). We were trying out the pasta buffet that starts from 3 pm to 6 pm. Price is $14.90 ++ for students. Pasta serving ain't very small for a buffet. Pasta variety is quite a lot. The soup base pasta is really pretty special which i wanna try more of. Overly enthusuastic waiter: but good job anyway, i guess we will only enjoy good service at non-peak hours because the time we went, there weren't many customers around. We didn't order much as we couldn't eat anymore after the 4 pasta, soup and salad. I think this buffet is good if you bring a lot of friends there to eat so you can try a variety. Seriously, my appetite has shrunk. I used to be able to eat non stop in a 3 hours buffet at sakae, hanabi or any other buffet. But now after an hour, i couldn't down anymore food. One word: OLD.

Went back home cos bro is sending dad and i to Ziven's birthday chalet at Pasir Ris. Wanted to give lysia's bf a little surprise but a pity i couldn't see his reaction due to the chalet BBQ. There's always a next time. So before we split at boon lay, a photo!

Dad came back from Batam in the afternoon and so bro took us out to JB for dinner. Sis in law bought 5 packs of tissue boxes(4 in one pack) from JB Giant and some other stuff. It's quite scary. It's like war is soon to come. Traffic was really bad on the way home. JAM. Only managed to reach home at midnight.
