♥ Tao's restaurant

10th august

I'm late for dinner. Expected of me. I thought teh you leong and jimmy loo were gonna join us for dinner and yet both didn't turn up. My bag was filled with their presents lor. Ewww... I'll have to pass to them another day.

The appetizer, pumpkin soup, creme brulee, mushroom were good. I chose the wrong main course, lamp chop with mint sauce. It's not what i like. Staff are friendly and i notice it's always that guy introducing the food as if the others were not competent or knowledgable about their food.

After the meal, we went to haigen daz at Esplanade for relaxing, chit chatting. We ordered a chocolate fondue. Ok i'm greedy, i can't wait for the fork to arrive and i took a piece of green apple dipped it in the chocolate. It was yummy. I have a chocolate fondue set bought from Perth but i didn't get the chance to use it. One day i'll try it out.
