♥ Sukiyaki or Steamboat?
I rushed back to the office from client’s place for a lunch appointment with the partners. They brought us to the Noble House Restaurant at a building next to Shenton House. Apparently, it is pretty famous for its dim sum. The partners ordered too much food and we couldn’t finish it. The roasted pork, very crispy skin; the cha siew pao, juicy on the inside; siew mai, I think not much difference from the one you buy in hawker; spring roll, not too oily; tarts, very soft texture; prawn dumplings; succulent; dumplings, too full that I can’t really taste how nice it is. There was one full dumpling not touched at all. A bit waste of food. Overall, it is nice. I didn’t take note of the price though.
After work, took a cab down to Holland Village Sushi Tei for dinner with Xy, Vivien and Wt. I ordered the usual sukiyaki. Xy ordered the same thing too. Her flame weren’t strong enough to heat up the soup so this is what happened.

I guess the people on the next table were puzzled as to what that is.

it's suppose to be like this. Then...
It became this... Steamboat?
