♥ Wake up!

I was very pissed off with Qantas. The hotline is useless. I’m helping my dad to change his return flight to August instead of July. I’ve called in the morning, afternoon, evening, night and waited for 15 to 30 minutes and nobody answered. So I got fed up and went down to their office at Cairnhill place after my work. I couldn’t make it in time. I reached at 6:31 pm and the staff told me the systems are closed for the day. Their office closes at 6:30 pm. Who will expect a travel agency to close at 6:30? And worst of all, it’s not open during the weekends. Booking of flights is easy as it can be done via the internet. But the changing of flights, we have to call to change or go down personally to change. And nobody answers the call, and the office close so early, how are we suppose to change the flight? It’s time to review their system efficiencies.

The staff refused to believe that the hotline is not working. So she offered to call and I’ll wait. Ok I WAITED for about 10- 15 minutes. Nobody answered again. She said that I should try calling in the evening as there’s less traffic. Right, I tried that before. When I put down their phone, she finally said that she could help key in the details first and Monday or Tuesday, when the system reopen, they will process it and inform me when the changes have been processed. FREAK! Can’t she just say that the moment I reached? I remembered I asked her, can’t she do anything about it. I’ve came all the way down just to change the flight and all she can do is say goodbye, come back another day? She even attempted to prove me wrong that the hotline is working. If the manager is still around, I would have just lodge an official complaint. I was so pissed that I wanted to write an official complain letter. Roar!!!!
