♥ K-ster Trip

Went to K-ster with En and Siew Yin. It was our first time there. We were supposed to go Top One to sing but there’s no more rooms so we went down to Chinatown instead. The TV is as small as that in K box, variety of songs is as much as that of K box. English songs were categorized nicely though, according to singer which makes it easier to select. No dry ice effect, disco light effect. The soft toys and cushion were a waste of money cos none of us dared to use it. We conveniently chuck them aside. 4 hours session for students is $8 +++. I can see why it’s so cheap. Snacks were non refillable, 2 drinks per person. Room isn’t very fantastic; song selection are quite tedious as we had to use the mouse; no usable wireless remote, they have one in the room which we have no idea how to use. But we still carried on singing, getting high in the room.

After the singing session, i went to Bt Panjang Plaza to catch Ze Lin's performance. I saw Jason Zhou (from BBSS) there as well. Didn't expect him to be in the welfare society and he's performing too. The event was to raise awareness about the hearing impaired people. I think it would be more meaningful if the organising committee could invite some of the hearing impaired. Event was a success for the society though.
